It's fair to say that if you weren't a fan of the original Viva Pinata, then you won't enjoy the sequel either. However, if you've missed out on playing it then Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise is much deeper and more addictive than you would think from looking at the very child-friendly graphics.
In the single player mode you need to restore order to the island by enticing specific pinatas to live in your garden, fill them with candy, and send them off to parties around the world. There's also a new co-operative mode where you can play with friends either online or off.
