Split Second: Velocity is an arcade racing game which sees you take part in a fictional reality TV show consisting of a variety of events, which each focus on destructible environments triggered remotely by driver actions known as "powerplays".

Though this has been very well received by reviewers and gamers alike, it's unfortunate that it's another one of those cheap games which has been released at the same time as another high-profile title in the genre – Blur is quite similar, and has also strangely been reduced in price recently.
