If you like puzzle games such as Lumines and Tetris, then Koloomn will be right up your street. This is also known as Kollon in Japan, or Ultimate Block Party in the US (just in case you’ve heard it by a different name).
Rotate four coloured blocks to match them up and cause them to disappear within a set time period, or else they’ll be forced to the top of the screen and you’ll lose. Sad times.

One of the most realistic motorbike experiences you can have, this side of not killing yourself in the process, is with the SBK series of games. SBK 08: Superbike World Championship is the newest addition, and has more to offer than ever before.
Not only are there five racing styles to choose from, as well as six game modes, but there’s also a great little online mode. It’s so good that it’s easy to compare to more well known games like Forza 2, in all honesty.

If you’re a PSP owner and sudoku is your thing, then Go! Sudoku should be just the game for you. With 1000 different puzzles grouped by difficulty, as well as multiplayer and customisable grids, this should take some time to get through.
Not enough? Well, there’s an additional 200 more puzzles to download from the official website which can also be customised.
If you fancy this title, click here to buy it for £4.98 (as long as you spend £15 or more, otherwise it’s £6.97 delivered) from Amazon.
Whilst the PlayStation 3 has Beijing 2008, the PSP only has International Athletics on offer in terms of Olympic action - and it’s average at best. I won’t suggest it was rushed out in time for the big event, but others might…
The graphics are pretty poor, there’s no career mode, and pushing the buttons too hard could break your console. At least there’s the multiplayer mode available to beat your friends in!

Diner Dash started off as one of the top-selling downloadable games in 2004, then moved on to mobile phones, and has finally landed on a variety of handheld consoles.
It’s an action strategy game where you take on the role of Flo, a stockbroker who has quit her job to run a diner. Gameplay involves seating customers and guiding Flo around to serve them, and if enough money is earned then you progress to the next level - whilst this happens, the restaurant is upgraded and three further diners are opened.
SoftUK are selling this DS title for £8.99 - click here for more details. PSP owners can also get this game for the slightly higher price of £9.99 by clicking here.
In Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures you can recreate all your favourite moments, with all the humor you’d expect in a Lego game, from the first three Indiana Jones films.
Scenes involving Nazism have been altered to appeal to families, but this was to be expected. There’s six chapters per movie, with 83 regular characters to play as - each who have their own unique abilities.
Powerplay Direct have this PSP title available for £16.99 - for more information, click here.

Impossible Mission is based on the classic Commodore 64 game of the same name. Stop the evil genius known as Professor Elvin Atombender by making your way through mazes to uncover pieces of a secret password - this can then be used to shut down his deadly missiles.
There’s actually three different versions here - the original in all its 8-bit glory, a re-skinned version of the same game, and a totally updated version with all-new bells and whistles.
