Mario Kart Wii (With Wii Wheel) £27.71

Mario Kart Wii (with the Wii Wheel accessory) is actually the sixth in the long-running series of racing games, and the first on the Wii. The Wii Wheel is basically a glorified holder for your Wii Remote, by the way.

For the first time you can choose to ride on motorbikes, instead of being restricted to the standard karts, and can compete with up to 11 other players online. A total of 26 different characters and 32 tracks means you should be playing this for some time to come.

Pop in to your local Tesco and pick this up for £27.71. In fact, if you buy tomorrow’s News Of The World there’s a £5 off when you spend £30 voucher in it - which means you could get the game for even less.

Even though the 1989 arcade game of the same name is much better, TMNT: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has still managed to sell just over a million copies. Proof positive that people will buy any old tat, I think you’ll agree.

This is based on the 2007 CGI movie TMNT (which was fairly average), and is a fairly run-of-the-mill platform title. Kids may get some enjoyment out of it however, as well as Turtles fans.

Phew, that’s a lot of cheap games!

Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour is a Wii game based on the TV show Hannah Montana (surprising that) - using the Wii Remote and Wii Nunchuk to control her dance moves makes you look like a total loon, so best leave the kids to it.

There’s 16 songs to dance along to, with eight coming from the first season and the remaining eight coming from the second season.

Pangya! Golf With Style is known as Super Swing Golf in the U.S., and is a Wii version of the online golf game Pangya. Except that this version doesn’t have an online mode, which is a bit stupid.

The single-player story mode, where you must defeat all opponents in match play, comes complete with an anime-inspired storyline and lets you unlock extra goodies. There is a multiplayer mode as well, but as I mentioned before it seems rather odd that a title known for its online style can’t be played online!

To get this game for £17.99 from ShopTo, simply click here. What with this and We Love Golf! both being cheap games, it would make you think that there’s something wrong with both of them (there’s not).

We Love Golf! £19.99

What wacky guys they are over at Capcom. We Love Golf! is a golf game on the Wii - see what they did there? They replaced "Wii" with "We"! Ha, ha ha ha! Ahem.

Compete on numerous different courses, including a beach resort and desert ruin, with either your Mii avatar or other characters available. This also lets you play against up to 15 other players online.

No More Heroes is a great game, even if we were unlucky enough to get the version with all the blood removed from it. I blame Gordon Brown - he gets the blame for everything else, so he may as well take this as well!

You play as Travis Touchdown, a bloke who finds himself being approached by an assassins’ organisation. Prove yourself worthy by defeating ten other bloodthirsty killers to make your way to the top of the assassins’ league.

If you’re spending over £30, be sure to use the voucher contained in the post about Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock. You’ll only get a saving of £3, but it’s better than a kick in the pants.

Wii tennis games always end up being a great deal of fun, mainly down to the fact that the Wii Remote lets you feel as though you’re really playing. Almost.

Sega Superstars Tennis lets you play as and against some of your favourite Sega characters, on courts designed around famous levels from different Sega games. The music might ring a bell or two as well!
