I wonder if there will ever be a really decent game based on a film (I’m discounting The Godfather as it came out ages after the film did!)?

Jumper is another mediocre attempt at bridging the divide between the two mediums – to put it mildly, it stinks.

The XBox 360 HD-DVD Player is designed to play HD-DVD discs, which are now available in some places for bargain prices.

It can also be used as an external HD drive for your PC, which is nice to know.

The Wii has been an amazing success since it was released a couple of years ago – in fact, I often wonder whether Nintendo even predicted it would be this popular.

The fact that you get a fairly simplistic, but decent, game thrown in for free is a fantastic bonus.

Sega Superstars Tennis lets you play tennis with various characters from the Sega universe on courts based around famous gaming arenas.

It’s quite reminiscent of Mario Tennis, but I’m not for one second insinuating that Sega copied Nintendo.

The very first game in the Guitar Hero series has a good selection of songs to play along to – from David Bowie through to Ozzy Osbourne, and eveything in between.

I’d recommend picking this up while it’s in stock, as not many places have copies left.
