The success of the Lego Star Wars series meant it was inevitable that we would see more famous franchises lampooned in miniature form, and so the release of Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures confirmed this. Lego Batman: The Video Game is the next one up, at the end of October.

This features all the best moments from the first three Indiana Jones films with all the humour and tongue-in-cheekness you’d expect from Lego. The Nazi stuff has not surprisingly been removed, but this takes nothing away from a great little game.

Most games based on films are average, and Ratatouille is no different – I’m sure that kids will love it though. I suppose that’s the main point as well, considering that it’s based on the hit Disney Pixar movie of the same name.

This standard platformer has a similar story to the one in the film, although there is a new area not seen in it. There’s also the option to take part in a bunch of mini-games with your friends.

After a delay of nine years, Too Human has finally arrived – only to be one of the biggest letdowns this side of Haze. You’d think that after getting cancelled for both the original PlayStation and then GameCube the developers would deliver the goods, but sadly they haven’t.

The first of a planned trilogy, this has decent graphics and quite complex levels. On the flip side, it has a buggy combat system and rubbish boss battles. Here’s hoping they get it right for the next one…

NFL Tour is from the same team that brought you FIFA Street, so you won’t be shocked to learn that it’s a little bit on the crap side. If you’re a fan of the sport you’ll probably get some enjoyment out of it though.

This could be considered a sequel to the NFL Street series, except that the NFL Street titles were actually half-decent. Big disappointment.

Exclusive to the DS, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood is a role-playing game that focuses on the events surrounding the kidnapping of Knuckles, and the disappearance of the Chaos Emeralds after the defeat of Doctor Eggman.

Areas and music from previous Sonic games will make an appearance, such as the ever-popular Green Hill Zone, and there will also be some new ones as well.
