Nintendo Wii Remote Control £17.85

In order to play Wii games there is one thing you absolutely must have – a Nintendo Wii Remote Control. Oh, and two AA batteries as well (you’d think in this day and age we’d have moved beyond batteries, but never mind!).

Designed so that even novice gamers can simply pick up and play, this has managed to change gaming forever through its unique way of interacting with games. Let’s just see what Sony and Microsoft come up with in the future to try and combat Nintendo’s success…

ShopTo have this available for £17.85 for a limited time only – for more information, click here.

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 £8.89

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 is one of those games I can strongly recommend without having to say all that much – if you though the first one was excellent, this one is even better.

In a bit of bad news, it looks as though this will be the last outing in Vegas for the Rainbow Six team – here’s hoping they return somewhere else soon, and in a place that is as enjoyable as Las Vegas has proven to be.

Sony PlayStation 3 Wireless Keypad £17.85

If you have a PS3 and don’t particularly enjoy scrolling around when entering your name, etc. into any cheap games that you might very well have bought through this site, then the Sony PlayStation 3 Wireless Keypad could be just the thing.

It’s a mini keyboard that slips on to your controller (which isn’t included, by the way) and works in much the same way as the XBox 360 Messenger Kit does. Just a pity that it isn’t included as standard, as it becomes very useful after the slog of endless button presses!

ShopTo have this available for £17.85 – click here for more information.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game £32.99

Acting as a kind of sequel to the two films made thus far, Ghostbusters: The Video Game is something that Ghostheads (yes, fans have their own nickname) around the world have been longing for since it was first announced to be in development.

Many of the original cast reprise their roles in this, except from Sigourney Weaver and Rick Moranis, and have also helped with the production of the game. Although it’s a little on the short side, if you’ve ever wanted to be a Ghostbuster you owe it to yourself to pick up a copy.

The Darkness £4.91

Although most games based on films are shockingly awful, games based on comic books are generally quite good – The Darkness is one such example of how to do this almost completely perfectly.

You play as a mafia hitman who is inflicted with a disease known as the Darkness, and must learn to fully command its powers and take back control of the Franchetti family.

Click here to get this XBox 360 title for £4.91 from Asda. Definitely one of those cheap games that I can recommend to pretty much anyone who enjoys good action.

Far Cry 2 £13.49

Far Cry 2 is yet another first-person shooter on the XBox 360 – but wait, as this one is actually not too bad. The storyline is a bit on the crappy side, but the graphics and open-world design are excellent (the enemies are quite intelligent too, as they actively hunt you down).

It takes place in a fictional modern-day Central African nation that’s in a state of anarchy and civil war, and you take control of a mercenary who’s on a lengthy journey to find and kill notorious arms dealer "The Jackal".

If you fancy this game, click here to buy it for £13.49 from CoolShop.
